VERA + JULIO

Don’t judge a book by it’s cover? Or maybe don’t judge a seed before it’s bloomed into a flower. Vera and Julio met in grade school as children and though they were separated by distance, twice they re-connected and Vera’s disinterest in Julio changed to a slowing developing attraction and love for him. The couple got engaged in 1964, the Winter after they graduated from high school and they will have been together 55 years, this year.
